Program overview

Vaaradhi's Trainee Program is a structured pathway for graduates seeking to build careers in enterprise software development. Selected trainees undergo a supervised training period covering enterprise development practices, modern tooling, and collaborative delivery, culminating in a structured evaluation.

Trainees who successfully complete the program are considered for full-time engagement with Vaaradhi based on performance, business need, and applicable terms.

Training coverage

Trainees receive structured technical training across the technologies Vaaradhi works with, including:

  • Java and the Spring ecosystem
  • Microsoft .NET and C#
  • AI and Machine Learning fundamentals and applied tooling
  • Web technologies, databases, and modern engineering practices

Coverage is structured around enterprise development standards and is reviewed regularly. Training is supervised, with ongoing structured evaluations throughout the program.

Stipend support

A discretionary stipend may be provided during the training period, determined on a case-by-case basis depending on program structure, candidate background, and prevailing business circumstances. Stipend support is not a guaranteed entitlement of the program.

What happens after training

Detailed terms — including training duration, evaluation structure, post-program engagement, and any applicable stipend — are shared with shortlisted candidates as part of the offer process. Successful trainees are considered for full-time engagement based on performance and evaluation outcomes.
