Programs

Vaaradhi runs two complementary programs for engineering students and graduates — one for final-year B.Tech students seeking industry exposure, and one for graduates ready to transition into full-time enterprise engineering work.

For: final-year B.Tech students

Industry Exposure & Apprenticeship-Readiness

An industry-exposure program for final-year B.Tech students, executed under MOU arrangements with educational institutions. Curriculum-aligned, supervised, and focused on enterprise software practice.

This is an institution-linked industry exposure and apprenticeship-readiness program; it does not constitute employment.

For: graduates

Trainee Program

A structured pathway for graduates seeking to build careers in enterprise software development. Trainees undergo supervised training followed by structured evaluation, with the possibility of full-time engagement based on performance.

A discretionary stipend may be provided during training, determined case by case.

Why Vaaradhi

What both programs share.

Curriculum-aligned

Programs are designed around enterprise development practice — Java, .NET, AI, and the engineering foundations that employers actually look for. Not classroom theory.

Supervised & structured

Defined evaluation, mentorship, and outcomes. Participants and trainees know what they're learning, why, and how they're being assessed.

India delivery, global standards

Anantapur-based operations with an engineering culture aligned to international product and delivery standards.
