How Vaaradhi collects, uses, and protects your personal data.

Last updated: 27 April 2026

Vaaradhi Consultancy Services ("Vaaradhi", "we", "us", "our") operates the website vaaradhi.net and runs structured talent programs, staffing services, and consulting engagements. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and what rights you have. It is intended to comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) of India and rules made under it.

1. Who we are

Vaaradhi Consultancy Services is registered in Andhra Pradesh, India and operates from Anantapur. For any privacy-related queries, you can write to us at hr@vaaradhi.net.

2. What personal data we collect

We collect personal data only when you choose to share it with us. Depending on which form you submit, this may include:

  • Application data (Industry Exposure & Apprenticeship-Readiness Program, Trainee Program): full name, email address, phone number, current city, university or institution, branch or specialisation, year of study or graduation, CGPA or percentage, expected graduation year, relocation preference, skills, cover note, and your uploaded resume.
  • Contact form data: name, email address, phone number (if provided), subject, and message content.
  • Technical data collected automatically when you submit any form: your IP address and browser user-agent string. We collect these to help with abuse prevention and to maintain accurate submission records.

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18. If you believe we have collected such data, please contact us so we can delete it.

3. Purposes for which we use your data

We use your personal data for the specific, limited purposes you consent to when you submit a form:

  • Application review and selection: evaluating your application against program criteria, assessing your fit, and progressing you through the selection process.
  • Communication: contacting you about your application status, sending acknowledgments, scheduling interviews or assessments, and responding to inquiries.
  • Recordkeeping and program administration: maintaining accurate records of applications received, decisions made, and program operations as part of normal business administration.
  • Legitimate operational needs: protecting our forms from abuse (spam, automated submissions), responding to legal requests where required, and improving how our site works.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. With whom we share your data

We share your data only where necessary, and only with parties bound by appropriate confidentiality obligations:

  • Hosting and infrastructure providers who store and serve our website and database (currently Hostinger).
  • Email service providers who deliver acknowledgment and notification messages.
  • Partner educational institutions or client organisations only with your explicit awareness — for example, when an Industry Exposure Program is run under a formal MOU with your institution, or when a trainee placement is being coordinated with a specific employer.
  • Legal and regulatory authorities where we are required to disclose information by applicable law.

5. How long we keep your data

We retain personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected:

  • Application data and resumes: retained for the duration of the active selection cycle. After a decision is made, data of unsuccessful applicants is retained for up to 12 months in case of future opportunities, then deleted unless you request earlier deletion.
  • Successful applicant data: retained for the duration of program participation and for a reasonable period afterward as part of program records, in accordance with applicable law.
  • Contact form messages: retained for up to 24 months for reference and audit purposes.
  • Technical data (IP, user-agent): retained alongside the related submission and deleted on the same schedule.

6. Your rights

Under the DPDP Act, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data:

  • Right to access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Right to correction: ask us to correct any inaccurate or outdated information.
  • Right to erasure: request that we delete your personal data, subject to legal or operational retention obligations.
  • Right to withdraw consent: withdraw your consent to processing at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing already done in reliance on prior consent. Withdrawing consent during an active application will normally end the application.
  • Right to grievance redressal: raise concerns about how your data is handled and have them addressed.
  • Right to nominate: nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of your death or incapacity.

To exercise any of these rights, write to us at hr@vaaradhi.net with a clear description of your request. We will respond within a reasonable time and in any case within the timelines required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before acting on certain requests.

7. How we protect your data

We take reasonable security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include access controls on our database, encrypted connections to our website (HTTPS), validation and sanitisation of uploaded files, and limiting access to personal data to those who need it for the purposes described above. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; while we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Cookies and analytics

This site does not currently use cookies for tracking or advertising. If we add analytics in the future, we will use a privacy-friendly tool that does not require cookie-based tracking, and we will update this policy accordingly.

9. Children's data

Our programs and services are intended for adults (typically university students, graduates, and working professionals). We do not knowingly process data of individuals under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor has shared data with us, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in law, our operations, or how we handle data. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised. Material changes will be communicated where required by law.

11. Grievance contact
